Cook – Shift Supervisor in one of two on-site kitchens with part-time hours and competitive pay rates. Responsibilities include overseeing menu production (recipes provided); delegating duties as necessary; supervising associate staff in meal production, buffet setup and management, dining room setup and management. There are positions available as part of the Covenant Harbor team, all with a different concentration and mix of responsibilities. The concentrations are in Youth Ministry, Snake Road Adventure Center, Guest Services, Maintenance, Food Service, and Operation Departments. All positions will have rotations in other departments to meet seasonal needs when necessary.

Youth Ministry – Looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals passionate about camp ministry programming; will work with our Youth Ministry Team to craft and carry out winter and summer programs, recruit and hire summer staff, and support various areas of youth ministry year-round at camp.
Snake Road Adventure Center (SRAC) – Looking for applicants who are flexible and adaptable with prior challenge course or outdoor education program experience preferred; will work with our SRAC Team with year-round day and overnight groups for experiences with low ropes, high ropes, climbing tower, zip lines, and instructing outdoor education programs at camp.
Guest Services – Looking for outgoing personalities who like to work with people; will work with a wide variety of groups who visit Covenant Harbor and work closely with our Guest Services Team on many aspects of hosting and serving groups at camp.
Maintenance – Looking for applicants willing to learn and adapt to different environments; will receive hands-on experience working with our Maintenance Team in all aspects of facility maintenance to both support other departments and interact with different areas of camp.
Food Service – Looking for individuals with a passion for food preparation and a willingness to learn; will work with our Food Service Team to provide meals for youth and adult guests and will be trained to lead shifts and other food-service special projects.
Operation Departments – Looking for individuals willing to work behind the scenes; will have opportunities to assist in a variety of tasks and focuses in Administration, Housekeeping, and other operations areas.
