The executive initiative is a hands-on, experiential seminar designed to help organizations and their leaders survive and succeed in the global community. Executive initiative is not a “sit-down-and-listen-to-a-lecture” style program. On the contrary, it requires participants to get involved, working together to solve problems, make decisions, practice active listening skills and have fun. The course offers a wide range of mental and physical challenges with focus on group process.
Trained and experienced facilitators will supervise all activities and lead processing sessions focused on applying the experience back to the work environment. This experienced-based seminar is highly motivational and well received by organizational leaders as well as employees.

Executive initiative programs are available year-round. We take weather related precautions when it directly jeopardizes the safety of participants and staff. Many activities take place outdoors and are canceled or postponed in cases of severe weather. The outdoors is one of many powerful learning factors for many program goals and the weather is one of those factors that can enhance the learning objectives.
You will need to book your group experience at least two weeks in advance. The spring and fall seasons are traditionally high demand seasons and may require more advanced booking to reserve your desired dates. Please contact us for additional information.
