Stay Connected

There are a lot of ways that you can stay in touch with your camper during their stay at Covenant Harbor. Click on your camper’s program below to see how you can stay connected.

Day Camp

Drop Off and Pick Up

During daily drop off and pick up times, our staff will be available to discuss any needs your camper may have for that day. Contact with your child during the camp day is discouraged. We will not allow a camper to be picked up and dropped off more than once during the camp day because of the negative experience that it has on your camper and other campers.

Daily Camper Report

At pick up each day, you will receive a Daily Camper Report. This report, written by your child’s counselor, will give you highlights of what your child enjoyed that day, let you know what activities they did, and give a preview of the next day’s schedule. Be sure to take the time to read the Daily Camper Report to stay connected to your child’s experience and be aware of any important things to bring to camp the next day.

Mail

To be sure mail reaches your camper, send it early. We encourage you to leave letters at our mail table at check-in, and our staff will deliver them on whatever day(s) you indicate. Care packages must be packaged and sealed as if they would be mailed.  Please do not send items containing peanuts. Gift bags will not be accepted.

If you wish to send something through the mail, send it early to be sure it reaches your camper during their session.  Address mail as follows:

Camper’s Name
Covenant Harbor
(Dates of camp week)
1724 W Main St
Lake Geneva, WI  53147

E-mail

E-mails can be sent directly to campers@covenantharbor.org. The subject line must be Counselor Name, Camper Name.  E-mails improperly identified may not be delivered.  Campers cannot return messages via e-mail. Due to an overwhelming number of e-mails we ask you to send no more than three per-camper per-week. Please send text files only.

PLEASE NOTE:  All mail (including e-mails, packages, and personal deliveries) is delivered only once per day, around noon. Any e-mails, faxes or deliveries received afternoon on the last full day of camp may not be delivered.

E-Scan

E-scans are letters that your camper writes to you. Then, Covenant Harbor scans and sends their letter to you via email. E-scans can be purchased through your camper’s registration account, but are limited based on the length of camp session. While we make every effort to encourage campers to write and send e-scans, we can not be responsible for their receipt.

Online Photos and Updates

Photos: On check-in day, you’ll receive instructions to view the photos posted throughout your child’s camp session. Covenant Harbor’s goal is to provide a snapshot of what each program is doing throughout the week, not to show every camper doing every activity Not every camper will be featured in photos every day.

If this privilege is abused, Alpha team members may individually lose their cell phone access.  Please refer to the Alpha Handbook (sent with original camp confirmation) for more details.
