A Road Scholar Experience

A Road Scholar experience is all about finding adventure through educational travel. Covenant Harbor is the largest provider of Road Scholar programs in Wisconsin, and we are excited to join in the #AgeAdventurously Challenge in our 2017 program offerings in three locations!

(Learn more about the structure of these programs in our “What is Road Scholar?” blog post.)

Door County, WI

In 2017, our Door County location has three exciting programs offered throughout the season. Discover the very best about the peninsula by visiting state parks, museums, sandy beaches and the Eagle Bluff Lighthouse in Peninsula State Park. Take a deep dive into the culinary arts with a sampling of regional specialties and experience a cooking workshop. Or, learn directly from world-class musicians during the Peninsula Music Festival during one of two programs offered in August!

Kohler, WI

An ever-popular program, The Kohler Experience takes place in the historically significant first planned community in the Midwest. Enjoy time at the five-star American Club Resort nestled in the beautiful Village of Kohler. Learn about the history of the area and the lives of the early immigrant craftsmen. Go behind the scenes of the Kohler Factory and Design Center to see how the plumbing fixtures are made.

Lake Geneva, WI

With a wide variety of topics to explore, the Lake Geneva location has an exciting season of programs ahead! Stay in our recently updated and decorated Geneva Bay Center for a comfortable retreat setting with lodging under the same roof as your meeting and dining rooms. Journey without a passport to Italy or Belgium, immerse yourself in the world of Jane Austen in everything from food to social themes, or hike and kayak around Geneva Lake for an active adventure!
