Snake Road Adventure Center facilitators are trained to guide, encourage and challenge participants while creating an environment where everyone can contribute. Our team takes time to understand your group and what you hope to accomplish. Throughout the experience, facilitators adjust challenges, ask questions, encourage reflection and help participants recognize how lessons in communication, leadership, trust and problem-solving can carry beyond Snake Road. Whether they’re coaching someone through a climb, guiding a team-building challenge, teaching an outdoor skill or celebrating a participant who tried something new, our facilitators help turn activities into opportunities for growth. We provide the adventure. Our facilitators help your group discover what they can take from it.
