The Anchor Club is Covenant Harbor’s primary channel for giving to the Annual Fund. A strong Annual Fund provides a sustainable funding base to support the ministry’s greatest needs, which change from year to year.
Anchor Club contributions are invested in mission critical infrastructure projects that are not covered by camper and guest fees, but are essential for quality ministry: new and improved facilities, grounds, waterfront, activity venues and related equipment. They are also used to cover unexpected or un-budgeted expenses that arise at times.
The following are examples of projects that Anchor Club gifts help to fund:
-Replacement of boats and waterfront equipment
-Landscaping and grounds improvements
-Maintenance and food service equipment
-Building remodeling and upgrades
-Major repairs and replacements
These initiatives help secure Covenant Harbor’s reputation as a top-tier Christian camp and retreat center. In addition, by funding capital projects through charitable giving, we are able to keep the cost of camp reasonable. This in turn enables more kids, families, churches and school groups to experience God at Covenant Harbor.
Today, more than ever, people need a place to get away from the stresses and distractions of everyday life. Anchor Club donors are vital partners in ensuring that Covenant Harbor continues to be a place where campers and guests of all ages experience God in fresh and powerful ways.
We invite you to become a regular supporter of Covenant Harbor through one of the following Anchor Club giving opportunities:
